Zach Wortham is a Texas trial attorney who represents people when they need it most. He was born and raised in Beaumont, where he grew up around personal injury lawyers and saw firsthand the difference strong legal advocacy can make in someone’s life. That early exposure shaped his path and continues to drive his work today.
Zach earned his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Baylor University and went on to graduate from Baylor Law School. He began his legal career clerking for the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, gaining a strong foundation in federal litigation.
He later moved to Austin and joined the Travis County Attorney’s Office, where he served as a prosecutor. In that role, he built real courtroom experience and developed the trial skills he now brings to representing injured clients.
Today, Zach focuses on personal injury cases, combining his litigation background with a practical, client-first approach. He takes pride in guiding clients through difficult situations and fighting for the outcomes they deserve.
Outside the office, Zach enjoys fishing, cooking, and spending time with his wife, Lauren, and their two dogs, Steve and Bindi.
